Returns and refunds
I need to return a product, what do I do?
You are always welcome to return your products. You can return products within 14 days after you have received your order. The refund will be transferred to your account after we receive the product at our warehouse.
We will pay the return costs the first time.
Return guide step-by-step:
- Before 14 days after you have recieved your order, fill in the form below. Fill in: Order number, name, email, choose a return reason and choose to get a refund, replacement or a voucher.
- When we recieve your form with return details, we will send you a confirmation email with a printable return-lable. This can take up to two days in weekends and holidays. If you fill in the form after 5 PM in the afternoon (central European timezone), you probably have to wait untill the next monday morning before you recieve our email.
- Print the lable and put it on your package. The printable lable makes the return costs free of charge. You are now ready to ship your package back to us. When we have recieved your package, we will transfer the refund to your account.
- If you wish to replace your return product: place a new order on the website. Write note in checkout or write to us in the chat or fill in the contact form
. Tell us that your purchase is a replacement order and write the order number connected to the product you wish to return. We will refund your money for the return product and charge you for your replacement product - also if it is the same price.
- Voila! You will now recieve a refund or a new product.
I have recieved a faulty product, what do I do?
Furbazaar.com quality checks all products before shipment. However, should there anyway be faults in the products then return the product as soon as possible. We apply the EU purchase treaty where you have 2 year right to return faulty products. Faulty products have to be returned to Furbazaar.com for inspection before refunding. Fill in the form below and choose "Damaged product" in the return drop-down box. We will contact you by email when we have recieved your form. This can take up till two days in holidays and weekends. Follow the return guide above to return your faulty product.
Can I make changes to my order?
As long as your order has not left our warehouse you can. We pack all day so we need your change as soon as possible. Call us or email us as soon as possible at email@example.com or +45 7199 5090 so we can correct the change for you.
